[Esd-l] Case for repetitive rule.

I have a scenario :-

Potentially the user with the valid email address can crash the sendmail/postfix + procmail server by setting this rule in Outlook Express

"Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the From line contains validuser at income.com.sg' 
Forward it to validuser at income.com.sg "

The valid user can send an email with 1Mb size to himself and It will create a loop by forwarding to himself and it will not stop.

How will the procmail rule be used to prevent this situation?
