The documentation on John's site should suffice; pretty much
step-by-get-all-your-ducks-in-line there.  With Postfix, all you need
is to have procmail installed and I use this line in
/etc/postfix/main.cf file:

mailbox_command = /usr/bin/procmail -Y -a $DOMAIN

for mailboxes in /var/spool/mail directory that belong to myDomain.

The rest is up to how you want to configure the sanitizer.
