Keep plugging away with clear reasoning, technical competence and an in depth knowledge and eventually, someone,. somewhere will notice. Congratulations - and keep up the good work.
I have been keeping up with NY's CoBIS program from the start in 2001 and how wonderful it has worked, (to spend tax payer money and waste law enforcement work hours.) Check out the info at http://www.ocshooters.com/Reports/cobis/cobis.htm
NY State is going broke but the NY Assembly wants to expand the program to all long guns and don't forget the Senate and Assembly's push for Microstamping that only fell a few votes short, (2 or 3,) in the NY Senate this year.
keep up the good work
