Seriously though, that's great news. Every time I get frustrated with my crappy pay, low hours job I realize how lucky I am to have one at all. Unemployment for people my age is more like 50% then 10%.
It's the uncertainty that will keep the economy from recovering. No one wants to hire or expand when you don't know what the next productivity punishment from Washington will be.
I'm sure that if the New York Times hired you as a columnist with front-page positioning they'd be back in the black within a few months. I'm only half kidding. Anyway, good luck and go get 'em.
... I've decided to wait until Jan to look around for work ... apparently there's supposed to be a lot going on next year, but it seems that most companies are waiting until then to hire.
Aerospace sucks right now for work. Last job ran out in the middle of July. I've working every angle I can find for work, but it's not happened. Here's hoping things are better in your industry than they are in aerospace.

Good luck to you!
Best of luck!
Good luck Kevin, do they need any graphics-guys or UI stuff?

Good luck Kevin!
Britt - I agree. I'm 24 and although I'd like to make more I can't complain about having a 40hr / week job + benefits in today's economy.
That was pretty much how it always was when I was contracting.
Of course, you're in one of the few fields more specialized than mine was.
This week has been good for me. I hope the good stuff spreads west.
Good luck to you...
MC
Wishing you the best
