The light looks like tears to me. It's a crying eye.
That's fantastic. Not a technically difficult shot, more of planning and being in the right place, but a great "eye" for composition.
I'm 95% sure that is Bowtie arch right next to Corona arch. About 20 or so miles from Moab, UT. Been there a dozen times; beautiful.
