Not to seem too contrarian, but I grew up in Alberta and went to school in Saskatchewan, and I'll bet she finds someone to help her real quick. Yes, the gun laws in Canada suck, but I learned to shoot up there and I know that there are many, many people (especially in Western Canada) who are leading the charge to open up firearms ownership in Canada.
