...having is sometimes not so pleasing a thing, after all, as wanting.
I just watched that episode of ST this morning.
Even still, I'm sad for you, Kevin. That's one beautiful car.
My first car was a 1980 Camaro, orange, and quite the beast. I called it the Great Pumpkin. I sold it to my best friend at the time, which made it a little easier to part with.
A friend of mine sold his 1970 Hemi 'Cuda convertible. He bought an airplane.

Very nice looking Mustang! What engine does it have?
390 big block.
You and Spock both.

There's not a week goes by that I don't regret selling my '68 Mustang fastback.
I'd bought it while I was in the Navy, then sold it -- and my '64 Malibu SS -- to pay for college.
What a great couple of cars. I think that was the best looking of all the Mustangs, too.
Well, at least you didn't kill your best friend and then watch them drive away with your wife strapped to the trailer :)
So true, Spock. So true...
But holy shit! that's a nice 'stang.
What are you gonna get with all that money?????
I happen to be selling an ACOG TA01, if you're looking for a place to park the cash.
Kevin, I'm glad the car was yours because there would have been no way I could have given that up. She is a beauty.
And Ry, you know I'd be more than happy to take that off your hands ;)
Robb:
Hands off! He offered it to me first!
Ry: Drop me an email. I'm interested. What reticle, and can I mount it on a DSA FAL?
Whoops, no, strike that. Robb, if you want it, go ahead. The TA01 is for 5.56, not .308. I need .308. But thanks!
Robb wants me to send it to him for free! I think I'll hold on to it :)
That is patently false.
I am more than willing to pay for the shipping...
I just checked, shipping is right at $775. My paypal address is ry.jones@live.com - look forward to completing this transaction!
Just as soon as I find a buyer for one or both of my kids, I'll PayPal that right over ;)
Mmmuuuhhh!...Trijicon!...Brains!! Trijicon...!...Brains!
Dammit, I need a job or something.
Damn man, that brings tears.
