Hugely fun, and yes with the German noun capitalization-thing - maybe that's why Marx was so tweaked about Capitalists, every other freaking word, he couldn't take it.
For background information, the guy's a Jewish history grad student who's spent long periods of working in Russia. So there's a lot of smart background behind that wit.
He did forget to mention that the 2nd is for protecting one's jam from enemies domestic and foreign.
