I think about the history of political correctness - the idea that people's thoughts could be controlled by the manipulation of the language so that even their thoughts are "politically correct." On further consideration, however, it seems that this change in definition of words is much less philosophically motivated and more politically motivated - let's redefine the words commonly used and apply our meaning to get the end result with the least amount of resistance possible.
This is another in the list of why I'm so antiincumbent this year...
Are there any of those (many blood sucking insects) that have the nation's interest at heart by their actions? How about 1 (many blood sucking insects) that believes my money is mine.
