Fortunately for the sake of these people, Poodles are good-natured animals that will go along with pretty much any ridiculous thing the owner wants if there's a biscuit and a laugh in the offing.
Ye Godz... Once upon a time, these folks would be the ones knotting up miles of jute cord into macrame or covering denim jackets with thousands of sequins. When did poodles qualify as folk art?
At least they're using food-safe dyes (so the dogs aren't poisoned by licking themselves) that will wash off.
Save water! Drown the owners in the water from washing the poor pooches.
