I was stationed in that country for 12 years of my AF career. I left in 1994, and it had already gotten a bit silly. I saw the rapid collapse of that nation through the news and the blogs, and you couldn't pay me enough to go back now. It was a green and glorious land, alas no more.
I sort of assumed that the gun crime in England was mostly undertaken with handguns, no? And the "spent shells" at the ranges must of course be only rifle related, since handguns are banned, right? So what the hell difference does it make that the guys at the ranges do or don't police their brass?
And where are the "youth" getting the powder, primers, and cartridge making tools from anyway?
