I think that website blocking isn't such a big issue in fact. My Blogspot blog(s) regularly get visits from China and various Arab and Islamic countries.
Hilarious. I have several visits from Iran on my site and they all come there based on google searchs for online porn. For example, I put a post about abortion that had the words "ass" and "fuck" in it, although they were not used in the same sentence.
I got 40 hits from various Islamic countries including 15 from Iran.
