The shooters from the Army Marksmanship Unit will punch V-ring sized groups at 200 yards from the STANDING position, with rack-grade Army rifles using iron sights. Now, iron sights aren't much good for spotting 'chucks at that distance, but it's still impressive.

I was reading that article last night and thinking roughly the same thing! Jim is like Ferris Bueller, sleepwalking through gun-class.
I think that exposure of the fuddite media to the real number of EBR shooters out there might be responsible for this article being written.
Sadly, Zumbo himself admitted he's not a "gun guy," so I seriously doubt he subscribes to or reads Handloader.
He certainly seems to be saying the right things now, though.
