Did you notice the last comment about digital cameras helping to keep a cap on crime? It's not even clear that the cameras provided any useful evidence. I guess it wouldn't go down too well at CNN to suggest that it should have been fearless clerks and guns helping to keep a cap on crime.
Well, at least we weren't ridiculing the clerk for taking the law into his own hands.
