Again today, I read in comments, Powerline Forum I believe it was, "the people want socialism". Well, 'the people' is a great beast (I don't remember who said it or in what context), but ignorant, ill-educated people indeed are.
I've got to get that book.
If any further proof is needed of massive, intentional educational incompetence, protected negligance, and daily political manipulation is required just look to Teacher's Union dominated California. Here among all other states, more public money is spent "on education" while actually funding a gigantic, self-serving political bureaucracy with the preformance of a narcoleptic tortoise.
