I so wish I could make the rendevous but school demands must take priority. If it just wasn't the weekend before finals...

You have finals in October, Nate?

Argh! If this was next year, I could go. Dang it.

Good to see you have your priorities straight - guns and ammo tonight, in case there's a problem; clothes tomorrow if there's time.

I was thinking you were way light on .45ACP but that's because I've got an XD-45. At 13 rds / mag you go through it awfully fast. And yes, it is a lot of fun!

Enjoy the rendezvous!

Sarah, I do have finals in October. 8 week terms, 5 of them a year. Thankfully, my last class for my bachelor's degree starts in October and finishes just before Christmas.

It has been a long hard, nearly 4 year slog to get through.

Would that I had the time and the funds to make it. I have no doubt much fun will be had by all...maybe next year!
Which Kimber 1911 do you have, Kevin?

Hey Kevin, any chance you're going to write anything in response to du Toit's piece on the draft, pro or con?

Haven't seen it, Ben. Just got back into Tucson. Got a lot of catching up to do.
