At least they allow open carry there, unlike my state of NY
NYS' process for CCW application is a bloody pain in the butt, with no temporary provisions for imminent danger like Ohio has.
Seeing as I grew up in Ohio and currently have been sucked back into that black hole I have to ask, Where in Ohio? Admittedly I live in the Southwest corner, but open carry is VERBOTTEN. Admittedly, it might be legally allowed, but if you have the cojones to try it you will just earn yourself a stay in the concrete Super 8.
UI for one understand the desire to get as far away from Ohio as possible.
Google search "ohio defense walks" and you'll see plenty of evidence that it is legal there.
I'm not trying to praise Ohio so much as making the point that that NY State is far, far worse for handgunners.
But then you'd think there'd be more astronauts from Montana or something....

I think the answer might be "wide open sky".
