2 - Final Cut Studio

3 - A device for removing tongues stuck deeply in cheeks.  :-E

(Sorry. I just couldn't resist.)

I would keep it simple:

First get the free version of Any Video Converter:

http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/

Using that you con convert flash video to pretty much any format you want.  Convert it to AVI or MPG and then use any of the standard, cheapo video editing software to edit it (I generally use IMovie which comes free with the Mac for simple stuff.  I also have Pinnacle Studio0 10 for the PC for anything complicated...but that's not exactly inexpensive)  After that you can convert it back into flash video if you want or upload it directly into youtube or flikr or whatever and they'll convert it for you.

Hey Kevin... long time no chat. Just catching up on reading your blog and saw this post. Adobe has a flash editing software that is pretty good.... Adobe Flash CS4 professional. If you go to Adobe.com you can download a free 30 day trial and see how you like it. If you want to keep it, you can buy the license online for $199.00.

I am also a huge fan of Final Cut Pro, as mentioned above by Ed. Unfortunately it is Mac based, expensive and probably major overkill for what you want to do with it. Try the free trial from Adobe and see what you think.

Will give you a call in the near future.

How about dropping me an email?

There are some free video upload services that can convert various files types. One is Zamzar. I don't know if it will actually work on Flash video, though. Are these .FLV files or .SWF?

(I've never gotten spam from Zamzar, but I still use a spam-safe email address.)
