You know, that might be just the ticket to incorporation. Get a savvy legislature (one that doesn't want to be reelected) to pass a law that bars black people from owning guns. If you can get it past state court, the Supremes will have to step in and incorporate the 2nd.
I guess there's about a 0% chance of that happening, but it could work.
Actually, there's a way to get a liberal's knickers in a twist. Just propose that Latinos or Black persons be barred from gun ownership. Won't that take a lot of guns "off the street"? Won't it be better than nothing?
They, of course, will have to refuse. And watching them squirm would be fun.
I thought that now that i have retired and do not give a crap about much anything anymore, i would drop by for a second and let you know that i finally got one of my guns in a video. bet you still won't link me, but no matter, i got it all in small caps again, just as you like.
