[esd-l] ESD-L list is shut down

Folks:

The time has finally come. Due to server provisioning and the ravages of  
time, the wsa-l and esd-l mailing lists are finally going away. My hosting
provider is moving to cloud services and is not offering migration of the
existing hosts, and I don't feel like migrating mailman to support lists  
that have been essentially, dead since 2006.
  
Don't reply to the list, the submission addresses are now dead. Please
feel free to contact me directly.

The sanitizer still works, but it is showing its age a little. Scanning of
newer archive formats may not be incorporated. The website is still up,
and I will make sure that the current version I'm using is available as
the development snapshot.

This is the final message. Thanks for all of your support over the years.
