[esd-l] newbie help

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to open source world,  I have been doing ok  getting BSD EXIM 
SA and CLAM

running as my filter- Now I have come accross this procmail page

basically I want implement this  html-trap
but to be quite honest I do not know where to start- can someone guide me in 
the right direction?
