security_notify_recipient on mail relay

Procmail Sanitizer 1.149 is working fine on our Mailserver site.
 
Is there a chance to make 
SECURITY_NOTIFY_RECIPIENT 
work with the origin recipient on mail relays ?

If yes, it would be fine .
