Fix bug in null-boundary sanitizing.
Fix hang bug in decoding Office/ZIP attachments to attached messages (RFC822
attachments with attachments).
Fix bug in scanning non-base64-encoded document/zip attachments.
Detect ZIPs by MIME type, not just filename.
