[Esd-l] Reminder: upgrade to avoid backscatter

All:

Just a polite reminder: older versions of the sanitizer were too
trusting of Received headers and are responding inappropriately to
attack messages with forged sender addresses.

Please upgrade to the current release of the Sanitizer and help reduce
the amount of backscatter (inappropriate notifications) that are
flying around.
