[Esd-l] Procmail not working when invoking from other Dir than $USER

*that* is odd. You're telling it to read /etc/.procmailrc and it's
reading /rc/.procmailrc instead...

Try putting the the script someplace else (like maybe
/etc/procmail/test.procmail) and see what happens.
