[Esd-l] Sanitizer with sendmail and cyrus-imap

Is anyone using sanitizer with the sendmail MTA and cyrus-imap as mail 
store? Right now sendmail delivers directly to lmtp in my configuration. I 
am looking for information and caveats on doing 
sendmail->procmail->cyrus-imap instead.

Not sure yet whether I want to go the mail relay route I asked about 
previously or this route to scan mail.
