[Esd-l] Strange log entries

Lately, I've been seeing these entries in my procmail.log.  I don't 
remember weeing them in the past, but that's not to say they weren't 
there.  Is anybody else seeing these?

/usr/bin/sh: /var/log/sanitizer/procmail.log: cannot create
procmail: Program failure (1) of " perl -p -e ' #\

Not sure why the shell is complaining about creating the log file, it 
already exists, and stuff is being written to it.  Running perl 5.8.0, on 
Solaris 8.
