[Esd-l] 1.136 Difference?

In version 1.135, I was used to seeing the following when I looked at
message properties (in Outlook Express):
X-Security: MIME headers sanitized on minnie.localdomain
 See http://www.impsec.org/email-tools/sanitizer-intro.html
 for details. $Revision: 1.135 $Date: 2002-05-26 21:19:33-07
X-Security: The postmaster has not enabled quarantine of poisoned
messages.

I just switched to 1.136 and now don't see these X-Security messages.
Have I done something wrong, or is this the way it's supposed to work?
