[Esd-l] Automatic retrieval of config files from impsec website

All:

While I invite people to automate retrieval of the sample config and
policy files from the ImpSec website (or your closest mirror), I must
remind you that it does not make sense to schedule retrieval more
frequently than once a day.

Also, if you want to set up a mirror, please get in touch with me
rather than wget-ing the entire website weekly.
