[Esd-l] SECURITY_NOTIFY_SENDER for Stripped attachments

I recently setup the sanitizer and everything is working great with one
exception. I would like to notify the sender of any email that gets an
attachment stripped. The recipient is notified by default but the sender
does not get anything. I have SECURITY_NOTIFY_SENDER specified and if I send
a message with an attachment that is in my poisoned list it notifies the
sender. Just not for stripped attachments. Is there something I need to add?
