[Esd-l] DSN:"Can't create output"

Hello all:

This is the scenario:

I'm *trying* to install the sanitizer and I'm using some specific rules
to change the local mail delivery agent, ever since I've been trying
this I've getting the error:

DSN:"Can't create output"

whenever a user is sending mail to other one, or when a local user is
receiving a mail from a foreign user my sendmail throws this error to
the mail.log

here's the rule I'm trying to use in sendmail.cf:

this is supposed to be very straight-thru, since I'm using most of the
rules written in the docs and the website, so it's driving me mad. I
really have no clue what's going on.

Last notes: sendmail 8.9.3, procmail 3.21 and yes I'm using TABS to
separate the configuration rules, BTW I'm using HP-UX 10.20
