Configure Outlook to send in Plain Text.
This setting (in 2000) is Tools-Options-Mail Format-Send in this message
format.
It is controlled entirely by the sender.
With tnef stripping enabled, you WILL miss messages that you want.
Unfortunately, the number of Outlook users out there NOT sending in plain text
format is pretty large.
I'd bet that something other than plain text was the default on some versions
of the product.
