[Esd-l] Mcdonalds icon

 Hi,

 Is there anyone of you  encountered an exe file attachments which has a
Mcdonalds icon?
I dont know if this is a virus but it damage my anti-virus(Mcaffe) and
does'nt continue scanning after i execute the file and it also continue
replicating upon execution with different filename
but the same icon and extension. It give's a strange output upon execution.

Any idea?
