[Esd-l] Blocking HTML e-mail altogether

Howdy Folks,

I'm finding html-trap.procmail very useful for munging file names 
and thus stopping users executing files directly.

However rather than sanitize HTML e-mails, I'd just like to 
bounce them altogether.  In fact, I'd rather even reject during
receipt!

Is there any way to do this with John's baby or should I do it
myself? 

Does anyone else feel the same way about HTML e-mail?
