[Esd-l] "Dropping the F" problem

Could someone who's seeing this problem on a Linux system please try
the following to see if it affects it any:

Put:

	SHELL=/bin/bash

into /etc/procmailrc near the top (instead of SHELL=/bin/sh if you
have that).
