[Esd-l] procmail dropping "F" off "From " line

Okay, let's try collecting some hard data on this. I'd like to nail
down whether the sanitizer is the culprit.

In the development directory on the website and mirrors is a
"checkfrom.procmail" script that should detect, log and correct this
problem. 

As of today I'm running it here on my email, immediately after the
sanitizer. If you like, grab a copy and do the same.

If somebody consistently sees this problem, we can narrow the focus a
bit, and run it at the top of /etc/procmailrc (to check the message
coming in), after local-rules, and after html-trap.
