I too saw an odd influx of .WMZ files that were coming from a random e-mail 
address to 3 of our inside accounts.

It ended up sending the sanitizer into a loop, due to some memory leaks, 
but still kept them out.  I think you're nose is in the right direction - I 
smell smoke too...
