[Esd-l] Local poisoned list

I'm set up do auto download the poisoned file list, but we're now
switching to poisoning all .exe. Is there a possibilty of multiple
poisoned file lists a la

POISONED_EXECUTABLES=/etc/procmailrcs/poisoned-files \
/etc/procmailrcs/local-poisoned-files
