[Esd-l] filter bypass HOW?

What do I need to do to feed a message quarantined in the quarantine
directory back to the recipient? I tried to just copy the message to the
users mailbox but when received it comes as a .txt attachment and the user
calls to tell me he gets garbage. :(

How can a users of Outlook send an ".dll" attachment that would bypass the
sanitizer if it is setup with the X-Security: sanitizer bypass  <pw> ???
