[Esd-l] Error email

Got an email from the system like this:
Attempt to quarantine the following message in $SECURITY_QUARANTINE failed.
Message has been bounced.
Verify file access permissions:
REPORT: Trapped poisoned executable "happy99.exe"
REPORT: Not a document, or already poisoned by filename. Not scanned for
macros.
Headers from message:
<SNIP>

I have the directory /var/spool/mail/quarantine permission owner root but W
to all. The filter did write a file into that directory called msg.I8I Did I
miss setting something else?" or the problem is elsewhere.
