Adding additional ANDed conditions doen't make you more
mutation-proof, it makes you more mutation-sensitive. For example, if
you add the ^From:.*_< condition and it mutates to stop doing that,
you'll suddenly stop trapping that variant.

The conditions in this recipe are all ANDed.
