I've added attachment stripping per the suggestions and code proposed
by Eric Andreychek <Eric.Andreychek at rwcwarranty.com> - 1.131pre8 is
available as the development snapshot for you to try. Comments
solicited.

It behaves similar to poisoning: define $STRIPPED_EXECUTABLES to point
to a file containing a list of filespecs. If an attachment filename
matches, it'll be stripped off, but the message will not be poisoned.
Stripping precedes poisoning. Stripping still depends on
$MANGLE_EXTENSIONS.

The only worry I have is that this has pushed the sanitizer back over
the size limit for AIX command lines...
