[Esa-l] Convincing Users to Patch

There's not a lot you can do about the attitude. People like who they
are, in general, and you're not going to change that.

Save everything you get from him, document it, present it to your
manager with a proposal that he be blackholed based on his "wanton
and deliberate disregard for our network's safety".

When your proposal gets shot down, get your manager to put their
decision in writing. You have C'd your A and then when your CFO gets
nailed by this luser's latest malware, you have a "get out jail free"
card.

Then go for some liquid recovery at the local pub.
