At 1.29 the length of the filter script exceeded the maximum
environment + command line length that AIX can handle. The
solutions are:
1. Use version 1.28 of the filter (It works cuz I'm runnin' it)
2. Hack the filter to remove the de-mimer from the filter and
put it in a seperate file.
3. Wait for John to finish his next interim release that he has
stated will have the de-mimer split into another file.
