[Esa-l]Sanitizer updates coming

Well, I have some vacation time this week. I hope to spend some of it
on the sanitizer, and accomplish the following:

1. Split the perl script out to a separate file to avoid the size
limit it has hit on some platforms.

2. Incorporate some of the more advanced policy file configuration
syntax and features from the 2.0 development code.

3. Improve the external virus scanner hooks (thanks to help from
Xavier ROCHE <roche at serianet.com>)
