IMPORTANT NOTE regarding the 1.128 release:

The handling of X-Content-Security: headers has changed.

If you are using a local-rules ruleset to do site-specific
quarantines, please visit the configuration page and read through the
section that discusses this. The X-Content-Security: headers you
insert in local-rules will have to be updated.
