The only problem with doing this, as best I can tell, is that
Outlook will not recognize it as a VCF if the extension
is mangled. So, mangling it pretty much makes it unusable. 
You can't tell Outlook to open it "with" another app,
because Outlook handles it itself! Might as well just nuke it.
