[Esa-l] Double Extensions fails

Been testing.

If I send an attachment to to myself named

test.vbs.jpg

The email is delivered.

test.vbs is correctl blocked.

My poisoned list includes  

*.[a-z][a-z][a-z0-9].[a-z0-9]+ (to catch "double-extension" attachments)


Any suggestions as to where to look to repair this worrisome situation?
