[Esd-l] Meta: false triggers on Message-ID

All messages to this list are preproccessed by a program called demime
0.98e which can be fould at: http://scifi.squawk.com/demime.html
It tends to mung the message-id.
The purpose is to keep the list a text based/no html/no attachment e-mail
list (arn't all email lists supposed to be that way?)
