[Esa-l]SirCam bounces request

I'm getting more queries from people who don't understand why their
mail messages are being rejected and who apparently don't understand
the sender notification message that's in use.

I'd like to ask everyone to please add the SirCam local-rules entry
(posted here earlier this week and available on the Configuration web
page), as it specifically points at a URL with detailed information
about the worm.

I've also posted a sample NOTIFY_SENDER message behind a link on the
Configuration page. Feel free to use it as is or as a starting point
for your own.
